Your adventure begins as you step inside your spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 pristine bathrooms, a 'Texas Hill Country Ranch Rental' that blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The highlight is the cozy en-suite, providing you a tranquil sanctuary for relaxation! 8 adults will sleep comfortably in the main house with space for as additional 12 in the barn bunk room, complete with a mini split providing heated and cooled air all year round! The barn bunk room is designed for extra guests as there is no restroom tied to the bunk room. Bunk room guests will use the restrooms located inside the main home for use. Your haven is designed to accommodate up to 20 guests maximum(8-9 guests in the main house and 11-12 more guests in the bunk room inside the event barn). Event barn contains a bunk room with 3 sets of twin over full with trundle bunk beds that accommodates 12 when all sleeping surfaces are used, billiards and jacuzzi. This space shares bathroom and shower located in the main house. The barn does not have a bathroom or shower. Dive into your private swimming pool (not heated), relax in the jacuzzi or unwind on the inviting wrap-around porch, perfect for capturing 'Sunset Views in Texas'!
