Important Note: • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests we require a separate rental agreement to be signed and an ID verification may be required after booking. A $150 fully refundable deposit will be gathered after booking is confirmed. The host reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit for additional cleaning, unfulfilled checkout requirements, or any damaged or missing items. Shared easement with other acreage. Lot is on a quiet country road. Be sure to practice safe driving on the unlit roads and be courteous of other drivers.
Guest Access
Full access to the home and fully fenced 29 acres. Guests will have full access to the entire 29 acres! Please note that the 29 acres is a recently developed area, therefore encounters with insects and animals may be possible during your visit. We recommend wearing appropriate closed toed footwear and being mindful of your surroundings when walking around. We have regular pest control measures and maintain the cleanliness of the house, hot tub and outdoor area. You may hear hunting-related sounds during the hunting season from September to March.
